More Than One Million Young People Need Opportunity. I’M MORE Is Here to Help.

I’M MORE helping young people build confidence, develop skills and create opportunities in the UK

Why I’M MORE Exists

Across the United Kingdom, more than one million young people are currently outside education, employment or training, often referred to as NEET. Behind every statistic is a real person with talent, potential, ambition and the ability to contribute. Too often, however, confidence has been lost, opportunities have been missed and many young people simply need someone to believe in them before they begin believing in themselves.

That is why I’M MORE has been created.

Launching in Chelmsford, I’M MORE is more than a programme or a training provider. It is a movement built around one simple belief. Every person is more than their current circumstances. Every individual deserves the opportunity to discover who they are, believe in what they can become and develop the confidence, skills and support needed to move forward.

Our philosophy is captured in three simple words.

Discover. Believe. Become.

Those words are not just a slogan. They represent a journey that many young people have never been given the opportunity to take.

Seeing Potential Before Someone Else Defines Their Limits

For over thirty five years, Bradley Chapman has worked with entrepreneurs, business owners, chief executives, global brands and organisations across the United Kingdom. Throughout that time one principle has remained constant.

People perform at their very best when someone sees their potential before they see it themselves.

That same principle now sits at the heart of I’M MORE.

Many young people do not lack intelligence. They do not lack ability. Often they simply lack confidence, experience, guidance and someone prepared to invest time in helping them recognise what they are capable of achieving.

I’M MORE exists to change that.

Building a Bridge Between Young People and Opportunity

The challenge facing the UK cannot be solved by one organisation working alone.

Government has a role.

The Department for Work and Pensions has a role.

Employment support providers have a role.

Training organisations have a role.

Schools, colleges and universities have a role.

Employers have a role.

Communities have a role.

I’M MORE has been created to become the bridge between them all.

By bringing together young people, employers, educators, local authorities, training providers and community partners, we believe better outcomes can be achieved for everyone.

When employers find people who are better prepared for work, businesses become stronger.

When young people develop confidence alongside practical employability skills, opportunities begin to increase.

Everyone benefits.

More Than Finding a Job

Employment is important, but employment alone is not the answer.

A sustainable career begins long before somebody walks into an interview.

  • Confidence
  • Communication
  • Digital skills
  • Resilience
  • Personal responsibility
  • Professional behaviour
  • Self belief

These are the foundations that allow someone not only to find work but to build a future.

I’M MORE focuses on developing the whole person because long-term success is about far more than simply securing a first job.

Helping Employers Discover Future Talent

Across the UK, thousands of employers continue to report recruitment challenges while many young people struggle to access meaningful opportunities.

This disconnect creates frustration on both sides.

Employers are searching for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn.

Young people are searching for someone willing to give them their first opportunity.

I’M MORE aims to bring those two worlds together.

Through mentoring, practical development, employer engagement and real-life experience, we want businesses to see potential where others may only see a CV.

A Movement Built Around Possibility

The name I’M MORE is deliberately personal.

It encourages every individual to begin changing the conversation they have with themselves.

  • I’m more than my past.
  • I’m more than my circumstances.
  • I’m more than my fears.
  • I’m more than today’s challenges.

Those beliefs create confidence.

Confidence creates action.

Action creates opportunity.

Opportunity changes lives.

Launching in Chelmsford With a National Vision

Although I’M MORE is launching in Chelmsford, the vision extends far beyond one town.

Our ambition is to work with employers, educators, local authorities, charities, community organisations and government partners across the United Kingdom to help more people unlock their potential.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to be seen.

Every employer deserves access to emerging talent.

Every community benefits when people are equipped with the confidence and skills to contribute.

That is the future I’M MORE is working to build.
