HOW I'M MORE WORKS
I’M MORE CIC provides employability, personal development, entrepreneurship and transformation programmes for young people and adults. Its specialist NEET pathway provides free sponsored and funded places for eligible 18-to-24-year-olds who are not in employment, education or training. Its adult pathway supports unemployed, economically inactive, underemployed, employed and self-funded adults seeking to move towards work, enterprise, career progression or greater economic participation. All programme income is received and reinvested by I’M MORE CIC for its community purposes.
