We saw what was happening.
More than one million young people across the UK were classified as NEET, while thousands of adults were facing redundancy, career uncertainty, financial pressure, poor mental health, loss of confidence or simply feeling stuck. Too many people had stopped believing in themselves before anyone had invested in them.
That was the moment I’M MORE was created.
Not as another programme or organisation, but as a movement built on a simple belief: before people change their future, they must first rediscover belief in themselves. We exist to connect people with opportunity, practical support, employers, education, enterprise and a community that helps them move forward.
A strong purpose is not an overnight idea it’s formed by every experience, challenge, and lesson that pushes us to build something that matters.
