More Than 35 Years Building Businesses. A Lifetime Understanding People.

The next chapter and central mission

The man behind the suit

Authority matters. Humanity explains the purpose.

The public version of Bradley Chapman is the businessman in the suit advising organisations, challenging leadership teams and helping businesses achieve sustainable growth. Over the years, he has spoken on international stages, appeared on television and worked with recognised brands, entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

But behind the professional success is a father who understands the challenges facing today’s younger generation. Watching talented young people struggle with confidence, direction and opportunity inspired him to create I’M MORE a movement dedicated to helping people discover their potential, build self-belief and become visible to the opportunities they deserve. Bradley believes that lasting success starts with confidence, purpose and recognising your own value.

Built from the ground up

A business education that began on the streets of London.

Bradley’s journey did not begin in a boardroom. It began in vans, markets, warehouses, sales floors and businesses where every decision had a visible consequence.
AGE 8–12

London markets, trade and the instinct to create opportunity

Travelling with his father to Roman Road, Petticoat Lane and Wembley Market taught Bradley to watch people, understand trade and recognise that enterprise begins with action.

AGE 16

More than 150 letters—and one opportunity in the City

After repeated rejection, one stockbroking firm opened the door. Bradley entered the world of convertible bonds, finance and high-performance commercial environments.

AGE 18–25

Fashion, manufacturing and a multimillion-pound company

From a spare room, Bradley built a clothing business that moved into importing, manufacturing and a 20,000-square-foot operation with production relationships across several countries.

LATE TWENTIES

Losing the business and learning to rebuild

When the company collapsed, Bradley returned to employment, sold assets at car boot sales and rebuilt his commercial confidence from the ground up.

THIRTIES ONWARDS

Leadership, renewable energy, property and consultancy

Direct sales, advertising, renewable energy and operational leadership developed into a consultancy career across construction, property, training, home improvement and numerous other sectors.

“Every business problem eventually reaches a human being.”

STRATEGY & CONFIDENTIALITY

The Voice Behind the Person at the Microphone

Bradley has never been driven by being the most visible person in the room. Throughout his career, he has often worked behind the scenes advising founders, supporting leadership teams and helping organisations strengthen their strategy, positioning and long-term growth.

His expertise spans business strategy, branding, leadership, sales, marketing, operational development and personal growth. While some of his work is public, much of it remains confidential, supporting entrepreneurs, organisations and investors through major business decisions, growth and transformation.

For Bradley, trust and confidentiality are fundamental, reflecting the responsibility that comes with advising people and businesses at their most important moments.

More Than £6 Billion of Commercial Impact

Across more than three decades, Bradley estimates that his strategic, operational and advisory work has contributed to more than £6 billion in combined increases in client revenue and company valuations.

That figure has not come from one company or one transaction. It represents the combined effect of work across multiple organisations, sectors, growth periods, restructures and investment journeys.

Bradley has worked with early-stage founders, established small and medium-sized businesses, organisations employing hundreds of people and companies with asset values exceeding £1 billion.

His involvement has included business growth, leadership development, sales acceleration, marketing strategy, organisational restructuring, operational improvement, brand creation, team development and investor preparation.

In one publicly discussed construction-training engagement, Bradley supported a company as annual revenue grew from approximately £3 million to more than £6 million, alongside an increase of around £1 million in retained annual profit.

In another engagement, he helped a seasonal roofing company develop into a more stable 52-week operation.

Other major commercial projects remain confidential.

Bradley does not claim that a consultant creates another person’s success alone. Founders, teams, investors and employees must execute the work.

His role is to see what others may not yet see, establish direction, challenge limitations and help people create the conditions in which stronger performance becomes possible.

Brands, productions and commercial environments

A career that crossed business, media, live entertainment and recognised brands.

Throughout his career, Bradley Chapman has worked alongside recognised brands, media organisations and high-profile business and entertainment projects. His experience has included consulting, publishing, interviews, speaking engagements, commercial partnerships and behind-the-scenes strategic work.

His career has brought him into environments connected with globally recognised brands, major media outlets, leading sports organisations and world-famous entertainment events. These experiences have given him valuable insight into leadership, branding, communication and high-performance environments, while reinforcing the importance of professionalism, trust and long-term relationships.

PUBLIC FIGURES & SPEAKERS

Entrepreneurs, Speakers and Public Figures

Across consultancy, publishing, events, interviews and professional relationships, Bradley’s journey has involved recognised entrepreneurs, speakers, executives and public personalities.

GYPSY BILLIONAIRE & ALFIE BEST

Alfie Best and the Creation of Gypsy Billionaire

Bradley later commissioned filmmaker Joel Van der Molen to produce Gypsy Billionaire: A Great British Success Story, a documentary showcasing Alfie Best’s entrepreneurial journey. The film received multiple international awards and gained widespread recognition.

The project highlighted Bradley’s ability to develop powerful personal brands through strategic storytelling and media positioning.

Joel Van der Molen later went on to direct Gipsy Kings Featuring Tonino Baliardo, continuing his success in international documentary filmmaking.

ITV’s Undercover Big Boss

In 2021, ITV revived the Undercover Boss format as Undercover Big Boss.

The opening episode followed Alfie Best as he entered businesses within his own organisation under a disguised identity.

Bradley and PHHPA director Kim Wright also took part in the programme as mystery shoppers, visiting one of the park-home operations and assessing the customer experience (as documented in the PHHPA account).

Bradley’s appearance represented only a brief public glimpse into a much deeper period of strategy, travel, growth, branding and trusted involvement alongside Alfie and the wider business group.

The experience also gave Bradley a first-hand understanding of how television can expose the gap between leadership assumptions and what employees and customers actually experience.

That lesson remains relevant to his consultancy work today. Leaders must sometimes step outside their own perspective before they can understand what is truly happening inside the organisation they lead.

Author, Ghostwriter, Publisher and Journalist

Bradley is a published author and the writer or ghostwriter behind six books. His own book, Get Up, Show Up, Shine Up: Discover the Diamond Within, explores resilience, self-belief and unlocking human potential.

He has also ghostwritten books for business leaders, helping transform their knowledge and experiences into published works. Through his publishing ventures and media projects, Bradley developed a deep understanding of storytelling, branding and personal positioning.

These experiences inspired the Discover. Believe. Become. philosophy at the heart of I’M MORE, encouraging people to recognise their potential, build confidence and create meaningful opportunities.

Speaker and Broadcaster

Bradley has spoken in six countries and at respected venues including the British Library. His subjects have included entrepreneurship, business growth, sales, leadership, resilience, adversity, personal identity and human potential.

He has also used digital broadcasting and live video to communicate directly with audiences via his YouTube Channel, interview guests and explore ideas in a less formal and more immediate environment.

This work earned recognition within broadcasting and leadership communities.

Bradley’s award archive includes recognition for entrepreneurship, broadcasting and authentic leadership, including an Authentic Leadership Award associated with UK Christian Ministries.

The purpose of the award section is not to suggest that trophies define Bradley’s worth. It is to demonstrate the breadth of a career that has crossed business, media, communication, leadership and human development.

February 2021

The Experience That Changed Everything

In 2021, Bradley survived a traumatic kidnapping and serious assault that left him with significant physical and emotional challenges. His recovery involved overcoming anxiety, trauma and rebuilding both personally and professionally.

The experience reshaped his understanding of resilience, vulnerability and the strength required to move forward. Rather than defining him, it became a turning point that reinforced his belief in purpose, self-belief and personal growth.

These life-changing experiences became one of the foundations behind I’M MORE, a movement dedicated to helping people rediscover their value, rebuild confidence and unlock their potential.

From business transformation to human transformation

Bradley realised the company was often only the stage. The transformation itself was human.

Revenue growth followed changed behaviour. Better leadership followed greater self-awareness. Stronger teams followed improved communication. Businesses moved forward when people moved forward.

I’M MORE

A Father Looking at the Next Generation

As Bradley watched his own children begin building their careers, he recognised how much the employment landscape had changed. Many talented young people were struggling to gain opportunities despite having the skills and ambition to succeed.

Through decades of working with businesses and identifying potential, Bradley realised his experience could make a greater impact by helping the next generation discover their value and confidence.

This vision became the foundation of I’M MORE.

Key challenges he identified:

  • Automated recruitment and application systems.
  • Limited opportunities to gain real-world experience.
  • Lack of confidence and career direction.
  • Hidden talent going unrecognised.

Why Bradley Created I’M MORE

I’M MORE was created to help people recognise that their current circumstances do not determine the limit of their future.

For young people, that may mean discovering strengths before repeated rejection turns into permanent self-doubt. It may mean understanding that a CV does not show everything they can offer.

It may involve developing confidence, communication, skills, a Video CV, practical experience, an apprenticeship route or a new connection with an employer looking for jobs for 18–24-year-olds in Essex or seeking guidance on how to get a job with no experience.

For adults, I’M MORE may mean rebuilding after adversity, changing career, starting a business, finding a new direction or finally pursuing something that has been postponed for years.

Bradley understands both audiences because he has lived through different ages, businesses, successes, failures and transformations himself.

He knows what it feels like to begin at 16. He knows what it feels like to rebuild in your late twenties. He knows what it feels like to lead at scale. He knows what it feels like to experience profound trauma in your fifties and have to begin understanding yourself again.

The phrase I’M MORE is not an empty affirmation. It is a decision to look beyond the current position and begin doing the work required to move somewhere different.

The framework

Discover. Believe. Become.

Bradley created the I’M MORE transformation framework around three stages:

Discover

Recognise identity, strengths, values, experiences, interests and direction. Before somebody can communicate their value, they must begin to understand it.

Believe

Build confidence through evidence, language, preparation and achievable progress. Belief is not empty motivation; it is understanding supported by experience.

Become

Turn potential into action through communication, skills, visibility, Video CVs, events, learning and practical next steps.

This process brings together lessons developed throughout Bradley’s career. It draws from business growth, personal development, leadership, sales, branding, public speaking, publishing, media, adversity and recovery. Discover. Believe. Become. is therefore not a slogan attached to Bradley’s latest project. It is the simplest expression of what he has spent much of his life helping people and businesses do.

I’M MORE Requires Participation

I’M MORE does not promise transformation without effort. It is not a programme in which somebody can remain passive while another person changes their life for them. A participant does not need to arrive confident. They may arrive anxious, uncertain, disappointed, unemployed, exhausted or unclear about what they want. What matters is a willingness to participate. They must be prepared to listen, speak, practise, learn, accept constructive feedback and take action.

Bradley will help people recognise possibility. He will challenge them to take responsibility for what happens next. The movement is not built around blame. It is built around activation.

I’M MORE is Legally Separate

I’M MORE CIC is a legally separate Community Interest Company with its own community purpose. It must not be described as being part of Ninja Business Group. Bradley Chapman Business Consultancy, Ninja Coach and I’M MORE are connected through Bradley Chapman and a shared commitment to growth, capability and opportunity. They remain separate organisations and websites.

Bradley’s commercial experience informs the I’M MORE mission. I’M MORE exists to apply that experience towards community benefit and human transformation.

The Next Chapter

Bradley Chapman’s story contains business growth, recognised people, international speaking, brands, awards, television, publishing and commercial results.

It also contains failure, injury, anxiety, depression, rebuilding and the quiet periods when the next direction had not yet appeared.

Both sides matter.

Without the business experience, Bradley would not understand what organisations and employers need. Without the adversity, he may not understand what some people must overcome before they can show what they are capable of offering.

I’M MORE brings those two perspectives together.

It is the bridge between commercial understanding and human potential. Between the employer and the person seeking an opportunity. Between where somebody is and where they could still go.

Bradley has spent more than 35 years building businesses. The next chapter is about helping people build belief, capability and opportunity within themselves.

A Personal Message from Bradley

“For much of my life, I believed I was building businesses. Looking back, I now understand that I was always building people. I have experienced success, failure, fear, pain, anxiety, rebuilding and moments when the direction ahead was not clear. I know what it feels like to be recognised publicly, and I know what it feels like to struggle privately. I am a business consultant, entrepreneur, author and mentor. But I am also a father and a human being who has been changed by everything life has placed in front of me. I cannot stand back and watch young people lose belief before they have been given a genuine opportunity to discover what they can offer. I cannot accept that somebody in their thirties, forties, fifties or beyond should believe it is too late to change direction. I’M MORE is the result of everything I have learned. It is not about making people become somebody else. It is about helping them recognise more of who they already are, developing what is missing and activating what could still become possible. I am Bradley Chapman. I am more than the suit. And this is the work I now believe I was always meant to do.”
